Can the number be used on a contract?

All our numbers can be ‘ported’ to contract.  However, please check with your current provider.  Get in touch with us first if you require any help with this.

Can the number be used on another network?

All our numbers can be ‘ported’ another network.  This requires a PAC Code. Please check with the network of your choice before transferring.  Again, get in touch with us first if you require any help with this.

When will I receive my new Memorable Mobile Phone SIM Number?

We will post your new number within one working day of the payment being received.  When you order a new phone number it will be sent on a SIM card via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred payment partner is Paypal, either using your Paypal account or via Credit/Debit card using the paypal gateway.  However we do also accept cash on delivery (for local addresses), please contact us before ordering to enquire if this viable for us.

Is it safe to make payments through your website?

All credit and debit card payments are handled securely by Paypal UK.  This is done through their secure server.  We never see your full credit or debit card number.  In all instances please check for the ‘https’ in the address bar to show a secure connection.  Paypal are one of the most secure payment gateways available on the internet, we pay them a percentage of each sale for their service and the service we get is second to none.

Can I make a telephone order or pay by cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we can’t take orders over the phone.  We do accept cash on delivery and if you want to do this just get in touch before placing your order.

Problems?
Do you offer refunds/returns/exchanges?

We comply fully with the distance selling regulations.  We do offer refunds/returns/exchanges provided the product is returned in its original condition prior to dispatch and the request is received within 7 days of receipt.  Specifically, in the case of a memorable SIM number, it must not have been used, activated or registered at all.  We will refund the original cost and reasonable associated postage costs incurred in getting the item back to us.  The first step in the process is to get in touch with us.
